Zara online is a nightmare

I was charged double and couldn't 2 payment so that means I was charged 4 times I've waited from the 26 July 2020 up til now I haven't received anything no one sends me emails back no tracking number from shipping company honestly I've so much regrets purchasing these items. I'll never do it again even wish Ali express eBay have better service with online responses to customers
