Zara online is a JOKE!

I ordered a clothing item for my Husbands birthday on the 21 June. Estimate delivery date was between 24 June - 1 July. I received an email on 1 July that my order has been shipped but here I am still waiting for my order! HOW LONG DOES SHIPMENT TAKE??

For a WELL KNOWN INTERNATIONAL brand I am disgusted in your online services!

If you guys are experiencing a backlog in delivery, you should state that.
