Zara online doesn’t deliver all items in order

I placed an order online with Zara and received only two items out of the order placed ...when I asked the delivery guy ... he told me they will deliver end of the week that was March 11.... I contacted Zara online about my order and I have been given a run around everytime I send a message I am told they will get back to me in 24 hrs but they never do.... their online service is then not working if they take people’s money and not deliver the goods... that’s is not ethical as a company .... please I need a response from the company
