ZARA online - ****************!!!

Zara online is ripping customers off. Purchased goods online on 28 May and have not received communication regarding delivery. NO RESPONSES to online chat. NO RESPONSES on store landlines. NO RESPONSES to emails. Unable to initiate request for refund without delivery of goods. Essentially theft as they get to keep funds but do not deliver goods. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
