Zara online

I’m shaking as I’m writing this I honestly can’t believe that such a huge clothing store can be this reckless.I ordered online on the 30th of March and the purchase was successful I’m still waiting for my delivery at my selected store so this morning the same amount that was debited off my account was debited again..I want my refund I don’t even feel like I want the item too because really no money is just lying there in peoples accounts for Zara we will shop whenever we feel like they mustn’t rob us
