Zara online big mistake

I made a purchase on the 7th of December for delivery at my nearest postnet. Even now on tje 27th i haven't received my parcels. Every time i contact zara online the agents say i must wait until end of day/ they apologize and say there's a delay. Its been days waiting and not getting my parcel. Zara needs to fast track my order with aramex it hasn't moved since December 16. I will never buy online for delivery
