Zara Online Bad Service

I am so annoyed at this point because even in this lockdown period, this is the worst online service I have received. I ordered a pair of shoes online from Zara on the 27th May I AM STILL WAITING. Went to a store to enquire and firstly the order date and shipment date differs from mine. I was told latest the 8th, it is the 9th today and still nothing, nobody can give me a straight answer.
