Zara online

Hi I purchased iteams on Zara online the 13th of November the arrival date was the 27th of November .I then chatted on Zara app on numerous occasions four to be exact the only response I got was that my order was being prepared and it is Still being prepared . This is not the first time this is happening and it’s very bad very very bad service .
