Zara online a total mess!

I placed an order beginning January 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered by the 11th the latest. I have just shifted houses and have not received my order. I tried in vain to get feedback and try change my address as well but no luck. Various emails have been sent but no response. I used their online chat help but it seems they use robots or something and I was promised they will contact me which they still haven’t. I am so frustrated and really don’t know what to do. No one should ever shop online with Zara again they are such a mess and provide 0 customer support
