ZARA ONLINE

I pay for 2 orders on the 27th of June and was suppose to receive my orders before the 08th of July. I only received 1 order...and only received a message with the new date of delivery, not an explanation why my order was delayed. I tried chatting with them online since they don't have a contact number...and all they do is apologize and not explain why a sudden change in dates. I need my items now...we only order because we need those items not for fun.
