Zara on line terrible service

I bought two handbags on line with Zara for a Christmas present. Over 1500 ZAR. On tracking the order I was informed it had been delivered on Sunday 19th December. There was no one in my house the delivery was not delivered or left with a neighbour. I have taken this up with Zara. The only way to contact them is via the chat on their website. They still say their system shows that it was delivered but are looking into it and will get back to me. It now has been 5 days of constantly contacting them and all I get we are looking into it but indicating that I am lying about the delivery. There is no phone number to contact them you can only do it on chat. Very difficult and last time I ever buy nything from Zara.co.za
