Zara (no trolley policy)

Shopping @ Zara is no longer possible for me, as they don't allow shopping trolleys inside their stores. Their stores are normally based in big malls & we as consumers are expected to walk in without shopping trolleys. I was at the Sandton Store on Friday, 13 August with my 3 children. We had shopped in number of shops & had a trolley filled with bags. I was asked to leave my trolley at the entrance & told that security takes no responsibility for it. How can this be even expected from clients!!!!! The stores are big enough for trolleys or offer lockable area for people's trolleys. I wont be shopping at Zara again until this policy is changed. It is unacceptable!! @WIN
