ZARA NEVER DELIVERED MY ITEM AND WON'T REFUND ME

I ordered from Zara and my order was scheduled for the 18th of March but still the order was delivered on the 15th of March which I never received. I contacted Zara and the courier but they insist that the order was delivered on the 15th and was received and signed for by a person I don't know.

I have requested for Zara to provide me with proof of where the order was delivered and the signature of who signed for the order. I still have not received anything and they are refusing to refund me. Seems like the courier and the zara staff are working together to ***** customer items and then claim that the order was delivered because I have seen so many complains about the same issue.

Which courier delivers items without confirming with their customer. I did not receive order but they are claiming it was delivered by a person I don't know. The security of the building that I work for is not allowed to receive/sign for items that are being delivered.
