ZARA MENLYN EXCEPTIONAL POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Exceptionally poor customer service. 3 months pregnant, with 3 year old on my hips (as, how ridiculous, no trollies are allowed). Had a whole lot of clothes in my other hand, struggling to keep everything together, no one ask to lend me a hand. I as ked to put clothes at paypoint, only to be advised that it is not allowed. The employee, Lebo at the till was so unwilling to help me, even mentioned that it is company policy not to give me her name when I wanted to report her. How do they want to make big sales when in the first place no trollies are allowed and secondly treating a cusomer eith such disrespect..
