Zara mall of africa terrible customer service

Most terrible customers service at zara mall of africa. My daughter got a dress for her birthday, and the size was not correct. We went to zara to exchange and they refused to do it. R600 DRESS it is still hanging in the shop but because it was over a month,they said they cannot help us. The tag was still on the dress, never been worn. What type of policy is this. The manager Ellen was so unhelpful. I will never buy at zaras again. Had to take the dress with me after i bought R900 worth of clothes again. Believe me zara will never see me again.
