Zara mall of africa rude staff

Good day.

I am on a big shopping spree for a private client that loves zara, and i have shopped at zara for all my private clients with big money. After shopping at a few other places, with a trolly of 20 000.00 of clothing, i walk into zara to shop the last 20 000.00 on my clients money for het montly wardrobe and as i walk in the rude security says no trollies which is ok fine, i ask if i can leave it at the door and will she watch it, she says leave it there, and as i put it at the front door she leaves and walks aways, i ask her if she was going to stay near the trolly and she just looks at me and says she is going to walk around and ja will just look, ok after saying ok i am leaving i think let me ask a manager, she points to two ladies standing at the door on their phones and chatting, i ask then i they can help i need to shop for my client, not acknowledging me, then i pretty much lost it and said, guys i want to spend lots of money and shop and not looking up, wave me away.

I spend lots of money at zara, and my clients that are high business people, love to wear your clothes and the purfumes are great aswell, as i even have 5.

I have bot had this problem at zara sandton, just mall of africa. Please let me know about this matter.

And my worst is i never send a complain letter as i get mad but then understand that it is long days in retail and everyone gets tired, but this is not right, as other shops accomadate to help and the amount of money i do spenp at zara.
