Zara mall of africa

I purchased the shoes at Zara mall of Africa wore the shoes for like an hour and the my feet toes had blisters, now I want to return them back I’ve been told the shoes have no fault and compared to all the shoes I purchased at Zara is my first time of experiencing such pain. Why should I keep something is uncomfortable and doesn’t have good quality ? I want my refund as the shoe doesn’t meet good quality of standard, I spoke to the guy by the name of Stanley and I couldn’t get any assistance from him and he even hang up the phone in the process of me trying to get the clarity
