Zara Mall of Africa Bad Service

I went for the 1st time into a Zara Mall of Africa store as a friend recommended I check the place out for a specific winter jacket I was looking for. A rude lady stops me in the store and tells me I can't come in with my trolley I must leave it outside. What **** is this? So if I want to buy something I must leave my trolley full of things outside with all my valuables in a mall where there's so many pickpockets. I'm not a foreigner or something that I must be treated like that. I'm sorry I will never step foot in a Zara store again. Get your act straight, we Indians are also South African. I get it you don't want people like us in your store. You'll can take your **** clothes and shove it up. I rather shop at Factorie and Sportscene atleast they treat me like a real customer. So even if I shopped at Zara HOME and I put my things in a trolley I'm not allowed to enter the store? Coz according to the reviews im reading I'm not the only one with the trolley issue and apparently the security is not responsible if something goes missing in my trolley? What kind of a business are you guys running? You guys are losing business and losing customers.
