ZARA Looting me my money?

I’m sick to death with a COUNTLESS follow ups with Zara chat box, emails and even went to the store at the Mall of Africa, still no joy! I’ve been waiting for a refund for an item that was said to be OUT OF STOCK since June. They kept promising to get back to me within 24-48hrs. I FEEL LIKE IM BEGGING FOR MY MONEY!!
