Zara jeans poor quality !

I have purchased 2 jeans from the Zara store in gateway mall a month ago and 1 of it did not fit so when I went to return it. Firstly The guy who works at the store accused me of having the jeans sewn so he refused to do a refund. When I told him this jeans is still brand new with the price tag still on, he then approached his co worker who told him that the jeans was made like that ! So he then apologized at me as I was furious at him for making a statement without proof ! Secondly the other jeans that I bought as I said a month ago which is still fairly brand new, I decided to use it and before I could put it on I noticed that there were so many stones out which means in a month without being used the stones fell out ! This jeans was quite pricy and the quality is clearly terrible ! The jeans still has the tag on as I did not use it after noticing such poor quality especially from a store that is expected to be selling high quality ! Soon all the stones will be out and my money will be to waste ! And I’m afraid if I go to the store and show them the jeans with the tag on they will look for another excuse to accuse me as they will say it’s over a month, however the point is that products should last over a month ! . Absolutely disappointed as this is 1 of my favorites stores
