Zara Issue

<p>I purchased an item at Zara gateway umhlanga and relocated to capetown. I have the item and tags intact etc (it is just 5 days old) I also provided a copy of the slip. I tried to exchange the item for a bigger size and if not available return and was refused even though I have a copy of my slip . I was told I need the original slip . I have a photo and a copy and was told I'm stuck with an item that doesn't fit me and costs R629. Why is the copy not be accepted? It has the date and barcode. I drive all the way to waterfront to go to Zara and I'm given such a silly excuse for refusing my return. Wasting my time and money unpoolageically and not explaining why a copy is invalid . </p>
