Zara is useless and needs a better online system

Zara made me wait for an online order for almost a full month, which was placed on the same night their sale started.Only to be given 30 percent of the items I purchased.

The items which I ordered were actually available at the store I had selected as a collection point, which was Eastgate Mall.

If only I had known that their online system is in efficient,I would have made the purchases directly from the store.

I am utterly disappointed and highly irritated as O have lost items that I really wanted to have.
