Zara is the worst

Absolutely Pathetic customer service, I purchased a blazer for R2000 last week Sunday at Sandton City, I wanted to exchange it at East Gate as we from Benoni, tag is still on had the bank receipt from the card machine, Zara at Sandton only gave me that receipt they were extremely busy , and now I cannot exchange this blazer as I don't have the actual Zara receipt yet I have the bank receipt saying Zara and the amount and the blazer still has the tag, there is absolutely no help from the managers at the Zara branch actually very rude and ****** being a white customer it felt very racial. What does a person do in a situation like this, throw away R2000 because the actual receipt is not there and there is NO BACK UP OF PURCHASES on the system , for me with Zara being a big enterprise it's shocking. No customer care , zero help. I want answers as I clearly now must just chuck R2000 down the drain for something I don't want. Amy other enterprise can pick the purchase up on the system yet Zara cannot help at all!!!!!
