Zara is pathetic

This store doesn't even deserve a star. I bought a jacket online and when it got delivered and I tried it on, I didn't like it, so I wanted to go and exchange it for a different jacket, but they didn't want me to, they said I can only exchange it for another size (which is soooooooooo freaking ridiculous) they can only give me a refund and once the money reflects I can buy the jacket, but by the time the money reflects into my account it won't be there anymore. They can only keep the jacket for me for 24 hours and the money will take longer than that to show in my account. And also they have a phone but they NEVER ANSWER IT Zara is a pathetic shop!!!!!!!!!!!!
