ZARA IS PATHETIC!!

ZARA CRESTA MALL, where to begin... The lady who worked there on the 27th of June around 10:30 am is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I asked her if they had any perfume samples and she just shouted 'NO'... I shrugged it off and decided to buy the perfume anyway. I then asked her if they had a certain product in store that they had online and without even looking for me she also just said no... I FELT SO UNWELCOME... OH, and then there's ZARA ONLINE.... If Mr. Fonsi on the live chat tells me that I have to wait 5-7 EXTRA business days after my scheduled delivery date, I am going to lose it... The only thing they keep on telling you is that you have to contact back after the scheduled delivery date. All I can say is that ARAMEX is making Zara look real bad. Its been 2 weeks and Aramex hasn't picked up my parcel from Zara... PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
