ZARA IS A TURN OFF

I can not comprehend the reason for such rule, was at Mall of Africa today and entry was refused because I had a shopping trolley with. Am I suppose to be carrying all my heavy shopping bags around? Be putting them up and down every time I want to touch an item or just come to a mall just to go to Zara? A shopping trolley moves on wheels, a stroller is allowed in which moves on wheels also. Exactly what is the point here? We just lost interest in this shop, will never come again there are many shops of epitome than this.
