Zara is a joke

I have ordered a big order during their end of Nov sale. The order reported that it will be delivered a week later from then. Now, the order has not been delivered. When I contact their customer service they keep telling me my request is under review. I want to know if I am getting the order or not so I can make alternatives for my children. It’s my children’s clothes. Zara is a joke
