Zara has the worst customer experience

Zara has the worst customer experience ever, I went to Zara Menlyn to exchange a garment for a bigger size with no physical copy of the receipt but a picture of the receipt since someone had traveled to a different province with my receipt. The service I got was absolutely no care for a customer and actually quite disgusting. Called in the manager who left me talking to myself and just disappeared. I’m completely dissatisfied with their service and want potential and recent customers to know how they treat customers. I’m never spending a rand in that ****ty store.
