Zara gateway treatment!!!

So here I am at Zara gateway looking rough ( I may have looked like I had a rough day) the lady at the till looks at me up and down, I asked to collect my online order and she asks me if the order is mine. It’s the way she looked and spoke to me. She then said I should wait on the side and she will get someone to assist me. I kid u not I stood there for 30 minutes minimum just waiting for someone to assist me. She legit kept looking at me and did not see her attempt to get someone to assist me! I have never felt so belittled my entire life!
