Zara

I have played an online order I was suppose to receive delivery a week later, if I track my order it was still not picked up by couriers, no1 answers the contact numbers so u only have the chat option, when u chat u asked for the same questions and reply is sorry we are working on it some will contact u or update delivery , I got a tracking number because Zara creates waybill with aramex, I called aramex and gave them 10 digit way I’ll number, they say they have never picked up that package or hve never received it from Zara, just the way I’ll Was created by Zara........ pathetic service...... terrible..... staff at Zara do not understand that our orders or pirchases pays their salaries ....
