Zara faulty goods

Do not buy from Zara their goods are fault and surely the prices one pays for these items one expects them to last at least a year. <br> <br> I bought a pair of mens pants after 3 months the pants have ripped and can no longer wear i Paid R799 for them. took them back to Zara and they refuse to allow me to exchange them the manager of the Cresta branch got so rude with me after explaining that as South African consumer we are protected by the Consumer Act.<br> <br> I will no longer be supporting them and encourage others to take them on about the return and default polices.<br> <br> The staff are rude and unhelpful as well.
