Zara fails to deliver!

Absolutely pathetic accountability. Zara orders have been getting delayed by over a month due to their delivery service provider Aramex who currently has a 1.76 overall rating on deliveries.

The issue is that they are not taking responsibility for orders placed by customers but instead are shifting blame to Aramex. Do better by actively taking steps to ensure your customers get their orders on time, if it means changing service providers or keeping track of late orders to do something about it then do it. But at least DO SOMETHING!!!!
