I visited the shop Tygervalley shopping centre ,western cape on the 11th November 2019 Just after 15:00 The most disgusting service ive ever experienced in m life. My sister bought a jean for me as zara sizes are so different towards other shops. So i got a other size. when i got by the till asking the cashier that i want to swop this for a bigger size she gave a look with attitude and said this jean has clearly been worn , i told this cashier thatbis only worn it when i fitted it on its impossible that what she says is true. So i phoned the shop later the day to ask to speak to the manager , turns out the cashier is the manger that helped me. infavt it seems that all the people there answering the phone seems to be the manager. So they say i must bring it in again and the manager will assist me as i told them haven’t ever worn it. She said it was just and misunderstanding. Soi asked my sister she went today 13th of november after 10 the girl was so rude and ****** and still i couldnt swop the jean like they said. They are full of empty promises and the people working there must stop living in apartdheids years because no one gives them the right to treat others like they did. I hooe that that shops closes due to your lack of gratitude , and start focusing on your poor attitude in life.
