Zara double debit and lies

There goes ZARA and their online SALE.My niece bought clothes online for herself and boy.We all know with clothes online you have to pay cash she did that and even have proof of that purchase on Friday the 30th her stuff was delivered excluding her kids.Today Sunday the 2nd July 10 days later she gets an sms her kids order is out of stock remember they debited her account ten days ago today again her account gets debited R2200.Y??Shes sitting with her account which is minus that R2200..We sitting here thinking Zara is a professional company what the hell is going on .Poor girl is supposed to be starting work tomorrow otlo palamakaeng goya mosebetsing???from Protea glen to Kempton Park.This is nonsense you cant be debiting motho like that or is it because shes black and again whos supposed to be paying bank charges.Whoevers working at Zara accounts must put their sh…. in order.Nonsense Sooo she must call and call and call with what money??ZARAS at fault and they need to fix this ASAP
