Zara does even deserve even a one star rating.

This is a store has thee most appalling delivery timescales. its the worst I have ever come across even Makro is way better. Makro takes less a week to deliver. boardriders, Runway sale & Takealot have the best delivery timescales ever. every time me or my sister order goods at Zara, they take more than 2 weeks to be delivered. this time they took more than a month and then had the audacity to tell us they no longer have stock. ontop of that their refund process takes ages and they wont even compensate you for the troubles. like even give you free socks especially if its not the first time. even today, me and my sister are awaiting separate orders and its taking forever. your products might be of good quality but everything else is just ****. ****, I tell you.
