Zara did not deliver.

I bought perfumes from Zara on the 28th of February 2023. The perfumes got broken, I returned them back to Zara. I was told new ones were sent to me but they never arrived. They later told me that the perfumes were delivered to me but I had not received them. I was later informed (2weeks later) by the couriers that my package was with them but one of the perfume bottles had spilled. I asked them to return them back to Zara. I filled in all the necessary documents but Zara has been giving me the runaround. Please assist. I need the money.
