Zara delivery date nightmare

I placed an order on the 7th of March after an estimated ETA date was provided by Zara. To Date the parcel has not arrived and the ETA date has been moved on. I would have never ordered the items if I had known this is the type of service I will receive. I ordered online from various online stores and this has been the most disappointing experience ever. The worst is that you talk to an automated reply in their chat box that replies based on certain key words it pics up. Never will I recommend, even if it is the best offer ever, it's just not worth the zero service received.
