Zara Customer Care non existant

I purchased two items at ZARA. Both pieces of clothing need to be exchanged for a larger size. I don't have a receipt but have proof of payment on my credit card transactions and the original tags and prices are attached to the clothing. The staff at ZARA Cresta branch are totally reluctant to assist.
