ZARA CRESTA USELESS

Purchased an item on the 7th Sep and received an email that my order had arrived on the 08/09 and another email on the 11/09. Then i received an sms on the 13/09 and went to Zara Cresta to collect my shoes. When i got there I was told by the store manager that they could not find my order. The manager phoned me on the 15/09 and told me that there were issues with the courier. I have been contacting the online chat which is useless and not helpful.

It's so annoying that I received these notifications and only be told that your order is not there. I want my refund!
