Zara Cresta disgusting

Terrible, terrible service from Zara Cresta! I went to exchange two pairs of pants (for a different size), within time frame and with a slip. The cashier and manageress refused to exchange my UNWORN pants. The manageress refused to give her name, and racially insulted me, thereafter slamming the office door in my face. It was so bad that two workers and security came to apologise for what they had just witnessed.
