ZARA CRESTA =BAD ATTITUDE

Dear Customer Manager we visited your shop at Cresta mall this week.We spent more than R3500.We had a shocking experience while we were shopping there.Not only they (staff)didn't allow us inside with our small shopping trolley full of expensive presents but also while were deciding what to buy,we left few shirts at the till.My son was trying on some other cloths at the changing room .The very rude lady cashier came in and asked:Are you gonna pay for these shirts now?I was shocked I told her we are still shopping and my son is still changing.At the till we didn't have enough funds on cc so I asked for internet connection so we could transfer the amount to the card.There was none.Then I asked to keep all our choosen clothes on site we will collect it tomorrow.The rude male cashier said he will keep only 3 pieces for us.The horrible rules and terrible service is chasing your clients away.Me personally I don't want to visit the shop again.They also told me that we can exchange the clothes only for 30 days.I told them it is all for my family and they will get is as the presents.I really would like to know how to avoid such a bad service again.Are they not trained?
