Zara Cresta

I don't usually take bad service too personally as I know people have bad days, retail workers Included. I have visited Zara in Cresta numerous times over the past 2 - 3 years and I've come to the conclusion that the service standards are simply pathetic. The staff don't appear to have any issues with treating customers with utter disrespect, in fact it is on occasion so bad it is as if they try to drive home the point that they either don't want to help you or they want you to leave. Today is not the first time I walked out of the branch without purchasing anything due to the customer treatment in the store. I approached a lady packing perfumes today, I wanted to ask her about some of the fragrances. She essentially scuffed me off, turned her back and continued with what she was doing.
