Zara Cresta

My son bought a shirt which needed an alteration to be done to it. it was bought and paid for on Sunday and was written to be received on the following Friday. The week went by with no correspondence from Zara Cresta and when asked on the Friday for the shirt, we were informed that nothing had been done to the shirt even though it was paid for in advance with ample time. Then when we called to find out what can be done to sort out this problem we were told that the tailor is two hours away from JHB at 12:00. When we called after 2 hours had lapsed, Tebogo gave the the same information and said he could not be reached telephonically and rudely put the phone down on me.
