Zara Clothing - Terrible service

Terrible customer service! Received a jacket from a friend with the tag, but price removed. When I tried to exchange it for a smaller size, the store refused, saying they do not exchange anything without a slip. As this was a Gift, I do not have a slip! I would definitely not recommend this retailer to purchase from..........
