Zara Clothing Online Sales Not to Be Trusted !!

I made an online purchase on the 1st May with a 7 day delivery lead time . It’s the 28th and I have still not received my order . This was for a special occasion of which I have had to make an alternate purchase . On the 14th I asked for a refund , they said they can’t and moved delivery date to the 27th . On the 27th I asked again for a refund , the moved the delivery date to the 31st . Will this end !! I am asking for my money back !!!
