Zara Cape Town- no communication and no clothes

I ordered clothes on the 9th of July and on my order it says expected delivery the 19th of July. I hadn’t received anything after 5 days of delivery date and I was not contacted to let me know why it is late. I contacted Zara support and they said they will get back to me once they have investigated what the problem is. I hear nothing back. Now it is the 30 of July and I havent received my clothes after spending a few grand and they still come back with the same response saying they investigating the solution. It still says being processed on my account and that the delivery date is the 19 of July. This is unacceptable customer service, actually no service at all.
