Zara Bad Online delivery service

Zara online delivery is shocking. I ordered my jersey on 27 May, telling me it would arrive on 3 June. It is now 6 June I have tried to trace the package with no luck, I have tried to contact Zara, I just get an automated reply. this is not hte kind of service you would expect from such a Brand.
