ZARA Bad Customer Service/No Resolution

It has been almost 2 years now trying to redeem a voucher that a teller never gave to me when I had returned shoes in 2022. Every single time I go I write a new complaint and HQ never comes back to me. I have done the online chatbot but it too never assists. All I want is the R800 voucher back.
