ZARA ARE *******

My items were acknowledged and received for refund 2 MONTHS AGO. ZARA sent me internal invoices that the refunds were processed, and I have recieved NOTHING. My bank insist nothing is pending or has been sent. The ******** customer services reps insist I obtain an official document from my bank stating there was no refund, no bank does that for Zara refund. I offered my entire bank statement, they insist the matter is closed and nothing they can do. ZARA CUSTOMER SERVICE atrocious, I feel like reporting this to the press
