Zara App is a ****

I’ve ordered from the Zara App almost every 2 month since they created the app. On the 26th of March, I placed an order. The order status is still stagnant to this day, they haven’t delivered my items. I made used of the help section of their app. I am being sent from pillar to post. Constantly promised an answer within 48 hours. It’s been six days and they still don’t have answers for me. I an truly disappointed in the service. The help section is pretty much useless.
